Script – KVM Krakatoa Version Master

R&D tool to easily switch between two versions of Krakatoa.

The script, when run, will open a dialog that contains info on your current running version of Krakatoa. You then have the option to choose another version of Krakatoa (see below image)

If you Choose the Hold and Restart Max option, when you execute the script Max will Hold your current scene, shutdown, restart and Fetch the Hold scene.

If you choose the Restore Previous Version, it simply restores the ini setting(s) to the previous version you switched from last.

The Helium option updates the Helium ini entry to.

NOTE: This script only changes your plugin.ini file. YOU must have multiple installs of Krakatoa in order to use this script. YOU must restart Max for changes to take effect.

Installation:

Save to some location and Unzip

Start Max, GoTo Maxscript Menu->Run and select the file KrakatoaVersionMaster1xx.ms

Open the CUI Dialog, Category JRandom, labeled “KVM Configurator” Then create a button, shortcut, or other.
